This place is pretty average, but the staff is so friendly 😊. It's located in a nice, quiet square which is great. My room was clean with central heating and a TV. I also had my own bathroom, where I enjoyed a relaxing bath.

You guys made my stay enjoyable. I was happy with hotel's marvellous and awesome location close to the port. Location: the property was very close to beach, old town near all the bars and restaurants, and center. The room I booked was clean with clean sheets.

I loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of the old town. The live music from the festival below my window was fantastic, even if it meant some sleepless nights. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bar attached downstairs was a great addition. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and atmosphere.

Loved being just a short stroll from all the shops, bars, and restaurants. The local cuisine served in the restaurant was absolutely divine! And the cherry on top, the beautiful Poniente and Levante beaches just minutes away.
The only downside was. oh wait, there wasn't one!

I stayed at Hostal El Jardin for a few days and loved the convenience of being right in Benidorm Old Town. The location was perfect and the price was very affordable. The staff, especially Alba, were lovely and went out of their way to assist me. Despite my injury, I found the small but adequate room comfortable. The bath was small, but the shower facility worked well. Plus, I discovered a trick to change the audio on non-Spanish shows to English. The beaches were just a short walk away, making it an excellent location.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the vibrant city. It was convenient to have a bar attached downstairs, making it easy to grab a drink and relax. The staff at the bar and reception were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Plus, the room had a good mattress and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay in the hot weather.
There were a few negatives during my stay. The shower curtain smelled quite strongly, and the odor spread throughout the room.
